What we never do
We don't sell rulings off a profile, reorder an expert's record, or take a fee that depends on how a case turns out. Expert compensation is discoverable (Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(B)(vi)) and witness fees contingent on outcome are barred in most jurisdictions, so placement is a flat annual fee.
